My lessons are all about you — tailored to your musical interests, your skill level, and focusing on songs you’re excited to play!
Whether you want to go old school with classic jazz and blues, new school with rock n’ roll, or no school with thrash and heavy metal, you’ve come to the right place. I work with the songs you want to play, up to and including your own creations, so each lesson is directly in line with your own musical goals. My lessons include as much or as little theory as you like, so we can get technical with the nuts and bolts, or “forget that noise” and play it by ear — it’s all up to you.

Recording Software Tutorials
Since 2014 I’ve helped students navigate, record, mix and master their sonic creations in Reaper, Pro Tools, Garage Band, and Digital Performer. I have also spent plenty of time setting up instruments and recording equipment, and know how incredibly challenging it can be. I can help you navigate the thorny road of music recording either as a standalone skill, or in conjunction with instrument lessons.
